The Company has been established to support requirement of close Shipowners to have high quality ship management and operation of dry cargo and multi-purpose vessels. Operating stuff of the Company includes high skilled professionals with substantial experience on board and office work.
Services
Ship management
Commercial management includes chartering ships and/or cargoes, invoicing procedure, accounting services, etc for Shipowners.
Technical Management includes permanent high quality maintenance of ship, regular and occasional repair, passing special surveys and dry docking, communication with classification societies, technical supply, etc. The Company has wide network of contacts with various shipyards and arranges most cost-effective repairs of vessels under our management.
The Company provides safety management service which includes permanently updated requirements of various International Conventions (like SOLAS, MARPOL, MLC, STCW), Rules and Regulations. “Safety is First” remains one of corner stones of Company’s management philosophy.
Upon request of Shipowners the Company provides high qualified crews to operate ships in the management. Such service is arranged via sub-management manning contracts with well-established Ukrainian crewing managers.
Ship management
Company provides full scope of Ship management Services including technical, commercial and safety (ISM/ISPS) management
Operation
24/7 operation is arranged by Company via long time established work with various bunker suppliers, port agents, technical suppliers, insurers, P&I correspondents, etc.
Chartering
Upon Request from Shipowners the Company arranges chartering of their fleet via their exclusive Chartering Broker who fix ship worldwide with numerous Charterers including big trade houses. It covers transportation of full scope of general cargo, projects, heavy lift, containers, steel products, etc.
